A leading agricultural business based in Chippenham, Wiltshire is seeking a Sustainable Agriculture Manager to drive sustainability initiatives across integrated and non-integrated supply chains. The role will partner closely with the agriculture business unit and customer teams, advancing the company’s sustainability strategy, developing data-led models and supporting ESG reporting requirements. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on agricultural sustainability within a progressive and environmentally responsible organisation.

The Candidate:
- Strong understanding of sustainability challenges within agriculture
- Knowledge of GHG emissions measurement and mitigation
- Understanding of carbon stocks, nutrient management, and biodiversity impacts
- Proven experience working across supply chains to deliver sustainability initiatives
- Excellent communication and report writing skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Degree in Sustainability, Agriculture, or related discipline (desirable)
- Experience with ESG reporting or environmental data models (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel across the value chain as required
The Package:
- Salary £45,–£55, per annum DOE
- Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the Chippenham office
