The Job: Provide high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a mixed client portfolio, supporting Managers, Directors, and Partners on complex tax matters while contributing to the development of the Agriculture & Property team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tax compliance for business owners, sole traders, partnerships, HNWIs, and related companies or trusts
- Support delivery of complex tax projects (IHT, CGT, VAT, SDLT, HMRC enquiries)
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance
- Liaise with clients and identify tax planning opportunities
- Support wider firm and departmental initiatives
The Candidate:
- ACA / ACCA and/or CTA qualified
- Minimum 3 years’ tax experience within practice
- Strong technical knowledge of personal, business, and capital taxes
- Commercial, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Live within commuting distance of the office
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
