This is a newly created, permanent position at the centre of the yard. Working closely with the Farm Manager, you’ll take responsibility for keeping the yard and workshop running like a well‑oiled machine—organised, efficient, and ready for whatever the season throws at it. It’s a hands‑on role for someone who’s as comfortable on the tools as they are in a tractor seat, especially when harvest pressure kicks in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day running and organisation of a busy farm yard
