Brand Ambassador – Agricultural Tyres (Field-based – UK wide travel required)
The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Brand Ambassador to represent a leading agricultural tyre brand across the UK. This field-based role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for farming and agricultural machinery who enjoys building relationships, sharing technical knowledge, and engaging with customers and industry professionals. The focus of this position is on brand awareness, education, demonstrations, and customer engagement rather than direct sales. You will play a key role in supporting dealer networks, attending agricultural events, and helping to grow the reputation of the brand within the UK agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote a leading agricultural tyre brand across the UK
- Build strong relationships with farmers, contractors, machinery operators, dealerships, agricultural groups, and industry organisations
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions
- Provide guidance on tyre selection, technology, maintenance, and best practice
- Attend agricultural shows, exhibitions, dealer events, and on-farm demonstrations
- Support the sales team and dealer network with customer visits, product launches, and training activities
- Create engaging content including social media updates, customer stories, photographs, and videos
- Gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and identify opportunities for brand growth

The Candidate
- Strong knowledge of UK agriculture with a genuine passion for farming and agricultural machinery
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage with individuals and groups
- Experience within agriculture, agricultural machinery, tyres, farm equipment, or a related sector would be advantageous
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a field based role
- Professional, approachable, and commercially aware with strong relationship building skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK, including occasional weekends during the agricultural show season

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
