A leading manufacturing company in Bury St Edmunds is looking for a Process Operator to join their mill production team. You’ll work across different areas of the mill to help run a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing process. Full training will be provided.
Your main tasks will include operating the blending and pressing equipment, completing routine production duties, and carrying out basic fault finding on machinery. You’ll help maintain quality standards, follow safety procedures, and keep the mill clean and organised. You’ll also support with simple maintenance tasks and update production records. Hours & Shift Pattern: This role follows a fixed 12-hour rotating shift pattern (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) with a repeating mix of day and night shifts. The pattern includes set working days and regular built-in rest days, giving you predictable time off throughout the year.
