A leading manufacturing company in Bury St Edmunds is looking for a Process Operator to join their mill production team. You’ll work across different areas of the mill to help run a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing process. Full training will be provided.

Your main tasks will include operating the blending and pressing equipment, completing routine production duties, and carrying out basic fault finding on machinery. You’ll help maintain quality standards, follow safety procedures, and keep the mill clean and organised. You’ll also support with simple maintenance tasks and update production records.
