An opportunity has arisen for a Poultry Stockperson to join a well-established and respected farming business in Staffordshire. This role will involve the full range of stock duties on a free-range chicken farm, including:
- Rearing table poultry from day-old chicks through to depopulation
- Conducting daily stock checks to ensure optimal health and welfare
- Maintaining the correct environment and hygiene standards (bedding, feeding, shed cleaning/prep)
- Driving and operating farm machinery
- Participating in a weekend and catching rota (approx. 50 hours/week)
