We are seeking an experienced and proactive Pullet Rearing Farm Manager to oversee two farms near Nuneaton. This hands-on role is essential for maintaining high standards of animal welfare and biosecurity. You will be responsible for the full rearing cycle, ensuring pullets are healthy, well-managed, and prepared for transition into laying units. With a focus on welfare, health and safety, and operational excellence, you will monitor and manage ventilation, lighting, feeding, vaccinations, and staff coordination. The Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in poultry farming, with preference for pullet or layer rearing

  • Ability to manage ventilation, feed, water, lighting, and vaccination programs
  • Experience with aviary systems (desirable)
  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Willingness to commute or relocate near the CV7 area
