We are seeking a skilled and motivated Orchard Operative (Tractor Driver) to join the stone fruit orchard team, which is in planning to be planted. This is a hands-on role involving machinery operation, crop management and seasonal team support. The successful candidate will have experience working within an orchard environment, including tractor operations and be confident working with modern growing systems that include polytunnels and/or rain covers.
