We are seeking a reliable and proactive Nightshift Engineer to support the ongoing maintenance and efficiency of our agricultural production and processing operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining machinery, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring equipment downtime is minimised during night operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous engineering or maintenance experience within agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or a similar fast-paced environment. An electrical bias would be advantageous; however, candidates with strong mechanical skills and a willingness to develop electrical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

- Good mechanical fault-finding and repair skills

- Ability to work independently during night shifts

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or equivalent)
