Qualified Rural Surveyors
Are you an MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor ready to advance your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and forward-thinking consultancy to lead a range of diverse and rewarding projects across Cheshire. You’ll be involved in a wide mix of rural and utility sector work, from managing infrastructure project access and land transactions to delivering expert valuations and rural property consultancy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing land referencing, access negotiations, and compensation claims
- Handling acquisitions, wayleaves, servitudes, and property transactions
- Delivering RICS Red Book valuations and strategic land advice
- Engaging with clients, landowners, project teams, and advisors
- Collaborating across sectors to deliver integrated land solutions
