Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day horticultural operations across several sites
- Manage and support a small team delivering maintenance and soft landscaping
- Plan workloads, prepare quotes, and assist with tenders
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor quality, performance, and health & safety standards
- Support training and development of staff and trainees
- Organise materials, equipment, and schedules
The Candidate
- Strong horticultural background (qualification or experience)
- Experience leading teams or managing site work
- Practical, hands-on approach
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to read planting plans and follow design briefs
- Full UK driving licence
- Landscaping experience
- PA1/PA6, chainsaw tickets, ecology knowledge or experience supporting trainees
Package
- Salary circa £37,000 DOE
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service)
- Training and development support
- Vehicle, tools, PPE, phone, and laptop provided
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
- Multi-site role across West London
- DBS check required
Candidate Requirements
- All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for.
- Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
