A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive Land Agent to join a respected rural property team in North Yorkshire. Supporting the delivery of farm, land and estate sales across the region, you’ll play a key role in agency work while developing your own skills and professional confidence. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the sale and purchase of farms, land and rural property across the region
- Preparing pitch documents, reports and high-quality marketing materials
- Supporting client management and day-to-day agency instructions
- Helping deliver targeted marketing campaigns and conducting viewings
- Building the experience needed to manage your own instructions over time

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The Package
- Salary in the region of £40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience
- Performance-related bonus scheme
