We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Representative in Boston, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will specialise in Vegetable Machinery and will have a passion for modern farming and technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of vegetable machinery products to customers in the region.
The Candidate:
- Generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers in the region.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our range of vegetable machinery products.
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to continuously improve sales performance.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Relevant sales experience in vegetable machinery is preferred, but not essential. A passion for modern farming and technology. A forward-thinking, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Full UK driving license.
The Package:
This is a full-time position with a salary range of £25,000-£35,000, depending on experience. The role also includes a commercial car and commission scheme. With ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
