An opportunity to join a busy commercial team supporting the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions across a range of project based works. You will assist with reviewing project documentation, obtaining and assessing supplier and subcontractor quotations and supporting the development of pricing models. The role also includes contributing to tender submissions, maintaining cost data and assisting with bid preparation. Occasional site visits may be required. Full training and development will be provided.
The Candidate:
- A-Level (or equivalent) education
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Well organised with the ability to manage deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence
An interest in construction, environmental, or related industries would be advantageous.
