Internal Sales Representative – Agricultural & Dairy Solutions - Office based near Skipton, North Yorkshire - £30,000–£40,000 + Benefits
The Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Representative to join a well established and growing business specialising in agricultural infrastructure and solutions for the dairy and livestock sectors.
Based at the company's office near Skipton, you will manage customer enquiries, develop sales opportunities, prepare quotations and build strong relationships with farmers, dairy producers and agricultural businesses. Previous sales experience is essential, ideally within agriculture, dairy farming or the wider agricultural supply sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with agricultural customers
- Prepare quotations, follow up leads and convert enquiries into orders
- Support external sales colleagues and manage customer accounts
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information
The Candidate:
- Previous sales experience, ideally within agriculture
- Knowledge of the agricultural or dairy industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Strong organisational skills and good IT knowledge
- The ability to build lasting customer relationships
The Package:
- Salary £30,000–£40,000, depending on experience

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
