A prestigious legal firm in Staffordshire is seeking a highly experienced Agricultural Solicitor to join our dynamic team. As an Agricultural Solicitor with over 10 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in Agricultural property law, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal counsel to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and proficiency in all aspects of Agricultural property law, with a focus on Farm Business Tenancies (FBTs), Act tenancies, and related matters.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, transactions, and disputes involving agricultural properties, ensuring the best interests of the clients are always safeguarded.
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues related to Agricultural property law, including but not limited to land acquisitions, disposals, and tenancy matters.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on agricultural properties, identifying legal risks and proposing effective solutions.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments impacting agricultural property, and ensure clients are complying.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years PQE in Agricultural Property Law.
  • Expertise in FBTs and Act tenancies.
  • A profound understanding of everything related to Agricultural Property Law.
  • Qualified Solicitor with relevant certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proven experience in effective negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
