You will be responsible for supervising seasonal harvest teams and supporting crop husbandry activities across a busy, fast-paced agricultural environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support seasonal harvest teams to ensure efficient picking and crop handling
  • Monitor crop quality and ensure harvesting standards are consistently met
  • Assist with crop husbandry tasks including pruning, plant care, and general maintenance
  • Allocate daily tasks and coordinate seasonal labour requirements
