We are working with an award winning landscape construction company to recruit a Skilled Hard Landscaper to support a growing pipeline of high quality private and commercial projects across East Anglia, Cambridgeshire and London. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hard landscaping works to a high standard, either independently or as part of a small team.

Duties include:

  • Setting out projects from drawings, completing works to specification and deadlines
  • Working closely with team leaders and project managers on site
  • Playing a key role in maintaining quality, identifying any issues and ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards

The Candidate:

  • 2–3 years’ experience within landscaping
  • Strong hard landscaping skills (paving, brickwork, footings, retaining walls)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience setting levels accurately
  • Confident operating machinery and plant (e.g. excavators)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety (CSCS card desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (towing licence advantageous)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team

The Package:

  • Salary £33,500 – £37,000 DOE
  • Full-time role (40–48 hours per week)
