We are working with an award winning landscape construction company to recruit a Skilled Hard Landscaper to support a growing pipeline of high quality private and commercial projects across East Anglia, Cambridgeshire and London. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hard landscaping works to a high standard, either independently or as part of a small team.
Duties include:
- Setting out projects from drawings, completing works to specification and deadlines
- Working closely with team leaders and project managers on site
- Playing a key role in maintaining quality, identifying any issues and ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards

The Candidate:
- 2–3 years’ experience within landscaping
- Strong hard landscaping skills (paving, brickwork, footings, retaining walls)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience setting levels accurately
- Confident operating machinery and plant (e.g. excavators)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good understanding of Health & Safety (CSCS card desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (towing licence advantageous)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team
The Package:
- Salary £33,500 – £37,000 DOE
- Full-time role (40–48 hours per week)
- Travel time paid in addition to standard onsite hours
