An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and personable Fertiliser Sales Representative to join the team covering the Central Belt of Scotland. This is a predominantly field-based role, focused on building strong relationships with farmers and agricultural customers, identifying opportunities, and growing sales across a broad fertiliser portfolio. While office facilities are available, the successful candidate will spend much of their time on farm and can work from home when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and agricultural customers
  • Selling a range of fertiliser products, including recycled and organic fertilisers
  • Promoting products such as digestate, compost, distillery by-products, and other nutrient solutions
  • Identifying new business opportunities and growing the customer base
  • Providing practical advice and support to customers
  • Managing sales activity, customer visits, and follow-up communication
  • Working closely with the wider team to support customer requirements and product delivery
