Our client is seeking an experienced Fertiliser Manager to take ownership of their fertiliser division and drive long-term commercial growth. This is a key leadership role combining strategic thinking with day-to-day commercial oversight.
You will manage supplier relationships at manufacturer level, negotiate annual agreements, oversee pricing strategies, and coordinate seasonal planning from pre-ordering to final delivery.
