You will be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers alike. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy retail environment are essential. Candidates should also have basic IT skills and experience using stock management systems. A forklift certificate would be advantageous but is not essential.
