Agricultural Recruitment Specialists are working on behalf of a well-established agricultural supplies business to recruit an Agricultural Shop Manager based in Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional with a strong understanding of the agricultural sector to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy rural retail operation.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the store’s daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient stock management, and a well-organised retail environment. Key responsibilities include:

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy retail environment are essential. Candidates should also have basic IT skills and experience using stock management systems. A forklift certificate would be advantageous but is not essential.
