Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long term relationships with key customers, becoming their go to contact.

  • Lead commercial discussions, including pricing and agreements.
  • Maintain a clear view of your pipeline, managing opportunities through to completion.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries and requests.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and developments in the sector.

The Candidate

  • Experience in account management, sales or a similar client facing role.
  • Background within agriculture or fencing would be highly beneficial.
  • Confident negotiator with a commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
  • Able to spot opportunities and think strategically.
  • Organised and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload.
