Our client is recruiting a Trainee Agronomist to join their agronomy and field services team. This role provides full training, mentorship, and support through BASIS and FACTS qualifications. You’ll work alongside experienced agronomists, visiting farms weekly to assess crop health, monitor pests and diseases, take soil samples and help formulate technical recommendations. You’ll gain exposure to crop nutrition, rotational planning, seed selection, environmental schemes and precision farming tools. This is a structured pathway designed to help you progress into a fully qualified, independent agronomist with your own grower portfolio.
