An established agricultural machinery manufacturer is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to cover Scotland and Northern Ireland. Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will act as the main technical contact for the dealer network, delivering exceptional aftersales service and support. The role is home-based with regular travel across the region and occasional overseas visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and aftersales support to dealers across Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Liaise with manufacturing facilities to resolve product and technical issues
- Deliver technical and operator training to dealer and service teams
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers and partners
- Process and manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately
