We are seeking talented Ecologists to join a growing, forward‑thinking environmental consultancy, working on exciting and diverse projects throughout the UK. In this role, you’ll help protect, enhance, and restore habitats, while supporting clients to meet their ecological and environmental responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake ecological surveys, including protected species and habitat assessments
  • Produce high‑quality reports, ecological assessments, and mitigation plans
  • Support senior team members in delivering fieldwork and project objectives
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to provide ecological advice
  • Contribute to environmental impact assessments and biodiversity strategies

The Candidate

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrable experience in UK ecological survey work
  • Strong understanding of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Membership (or eligibility for membership) of CIEEM is advantageous
