An exciting opportunity has arisen for an R&D Scientist to join a leading, sustainability-focused company in the life sciences sector. This full-time, permanent position offers hands-on involvement in the research, development, and optimisation of beneficial insects and mites used in biological crop protection. In this role, you will manage key R&D projects aimed at developing new production systems and novel formulations, as well as improving the efficiency, quality, and scalability of existing processes. You will design and run semi-field trials, analyse data, and work closely with production and commercial teams to bring innovative, sustainable biological products from concept to commercial implementation.

The Candidate:
