This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate Surveyor to join the Infrastructure Services division. The role is varied and will include full lifecycle project management—from routing and planning through to construction and completion—alongside the delivery of consultancy services relating to benchmarking, procedures and management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing infrastructure projects at local, regional and national levels
- Providing specialist land consultancy advice for maintenance programmes and new infrastructure installations
- Advising clients on engagement with landowners and supporting negotiations
- Undertaking land referencing, statutory notice preparation, compensation negotiations and rights acquisition
- Liaising with landowners and handling public enquiries
- Supporting wider infrastructure projects across the business
- Preparing high-quality reports and project updates for clients
- Supporting the training and mentoring of graduates within the team

The Candidate:
- MRICS or AssocRICS preferred
- Strong project management ability
- Excellent IT proficiency
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to self-manage and work to deadlines
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term stakeholder relationships
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
