You will join a multidisciplinary development team of engineers, surveyors, archaeologists, planners and architects, within a business that offers both diverse project exposure and the autonomy to grow your expertise and professional network. This is a strategic opportunity within the Rural Surveying team for an MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor with strong experience across rural practice and a proven ability to develop teams, build brand presence and establish lasting client relationships.

The Candidate:
- Commercially astute and highly motivated, with strong people management, team building, and client relationship skills
- Able to interpret market trends and translate them into clear, actionable strategies, supported by a strong understanding of rural property law, agricultural economics and sustainable land use practices
- Proven track record in rural consultancy and strategic delivery, with strong client care focus
- High level of technical expertise in valuation and development appraisal, with confident decision making and problem solving abilities
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Holds relevant qualifications, including an MRICS-accredited degree
- Confident using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) for professional purposes
- Full, clean UK driving licence with willingness to travel between sites and client meetings
