The Job

A hands-on role supporting the Farm Manager in overseeing berry production operations, with a strong focus on irrigation systems and crop care. You will manage irrigation schedules, monitor soil moisture and crop health, and ensure efficient use of water resources. Alongside this, you will assist with planting, crop husbandry, and harvest operations, while supervising staff and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety.
