We’re looking for a bright, ambitious, and creative individual to join a progressive and well-established arable farm in Norfolk as an Assistant Farm Manager. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the MD/Farm Manager, learning directly from them, with a clear view to taking over the role in the future.
This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to become part of a supportive team and a business that truly looks after its people. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing a team of 4 skilled operators and coordinating with contractors. You’ll also be encouraged to contribute new ideas and help drive continuous improvement across the farm.
