We are recruiting an ambitious and technically competent Amenity Technical Sales Manager to lead sales of seeds, fertilisers and turf care products across the South East of England. This role will work primarily through distributors selling to golf courses, football clubs, councils and grounds teams, providing industry-leading advice and solutions that help turf professionals succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across the South East territory via distributor networks and key accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with greenskeepers, turf managers and grounds staff.
- Deliver expert technical guidance on seed selection, fertiliser programmes and turf management best practice.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade events, customer days and industry meetings.
- Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to internal teams.

- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally and regionally.
The Package:
- £50, – £60, basic salary DOE
- Up to 20% performance bonus
