The Job:

A highly respected and independent agricultural consultancy is seeking a Qualified Agronomist to support a growing portfolio of progressive farmers and rural clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored agronomic advice on crop protection, nutrition, rotation planning, and input strategies
• Managing a portfolio of clients while working collaboratively with experienced consultants
• Delivering high‑quality, science‑based and independent advice
• Opportunity to expand into farm business consultancy (strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, etc.) depending on skill set and aspirations
• Participating in structured training and mentoring programmes for ongoing development

The Candidate:

• BASIS Certificate in Crop Protection (essential)
• FACTS certification (essential)
• Minimum of 2 years’ post‑qualification agronomy experience
• Excellent technical and commercial understanding of crop production systems
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Passion for delivering independent, client‑focused advice
• Full UK driving licence required
