The Job:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well-established and forward-thinking agricultural business operating across Staffordshire, Shropshire, and the West Midlands. This Agricultural Sales position is a permanent role and is ideal for someone with an agricultural background who is either already experienced in sales or keen to begin or further their career in the agricultural sales sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of agricultural products and services, working with both existing and prospective customers. This will involve customer communication through calls, emails, post, and in-person visits across a designated territory. Maintaining accurate records of sales leads and customer contact is a key part of the role.
Full training will be provided, along with all necessary tools to support success in the role.
The Candidate:
  • A strong interest in or background within agriculture
  • Confident, outgoing communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Sales experience in agriculture preferred but not essential – training will be provided
  • Well-organised with good territory management skills
  • Full UK driving licence required
The Package:
  • Salary: £28,000 – £40,000+ depending on experience
  • Company vehicle and bonus scheme
