We are working on behalf of a leading agricultural machinery manufacturer to recruit an Agricultural Parts & Sales Support Manager. This opportunity is for someone with strong agricultural machinery knowledge who enjoys working at the intersection of technical support, spare parts sales, dealer relationships and business development. The role is focused on growing and developing the parts and aftersales division while providing expert support to customers, dealers and service partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts enquiries, quotations and parts sales activities
- Provide technical support to customers, dealers and internal teams
- Coordinate warranty claims and workshop service administration
- Identify sales opportunities to increase parts revenue and business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and suppliers
- Deliver efficient, professional support throughout the customer ownership lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems, processes and support functions
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and aftersales support at all times

Qualifications and Experience
- Strong background in agricultural machinery, engineering, parts or a technical environment
- Understanding of parts sales, aftersales support and customer service principles
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify sales and revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Organised and proactive, with strong administrative and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience as a Parts Manager, Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, Agricultural Engineer, Technical Sales Support Specialist, Aftersales Coordinator, Machinery Sales Support Executive or similar role
- Confident working with customers, dealers, suppliers and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management systems/software packages would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of agricultural, groundcare, construction or industrial machinery
- Experience within parts sales, machinery support, service coordination or aftersales operations
- Strong commercial awareness and sales focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities effectively
- Good IT and administrative skills
- A proactive approach to improving systems and processes
- Experience working with dealer networks, warranty administration, workshop operations or machinery manufacturers would be highly advantageous
Compensation and Benefits

Legal Requirements
