We are working with a reputable insurance broker based in North Yorkshire to recruit an enthusiastic and confident Account Handler/Administrator to join their Farm Team.

The Job:

  • Manage technical administration of various insurance policies.
  • Handle new business, renewals, adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing, broking, and payments.
  • Support colleagues and client outcomes using technical knowledge.
  • Execute tasks efficiently, liaise with insurers, and keep clients informed.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Address complaints per regulations and company policies.

The Candidate:

  • Insurance industry experience with knowledge of various products is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and numeracy.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team.
