Sprayer Operative – Top Fruit Farm – Kent -£14.52 per hour + Overtime (Time & Quarter) -48 Hours Per Week (Contracted) + Training Provided – PA1 Required
The Job:
We\’re looking for a reliable and motivated Sprayer Operative to join a busy and well-established top fruit farm in Kent. You’ll play a key role in crop protection and nutrition, operating spraying equipment across orchards under the guidance of the farm management team.
You must hold a PA1 certificate (essential), with PA2 and PA6 being advantageous—though further training and certification can be offered to the right candidate. This role offers long-term stability, structured hours, and excellent opportunities to upskill in a professional horticultural environment.
