Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, service, diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of agricultural machinery
- Work both in the workshop and out in the field at customer sites
- Use diagnostic skills to fault‑find hydraulic, electrical and mechanical issues
- Follow main dealer procedures to deliver efficient, high‑quality repairs
- Attend manufacturer training courses, both online and off‑site
- Complete detailed and accurate job cards
- Participate in overtime and out‑of‑hours call‑out cover as required
The Candidate
- Background in agricultural engineering or transferable engineering experience
- Confident diagnosing hydraulic and electrical faults
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Practical, proactive and solutions‑focused
- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Full UK driving licence
- Candidates with experience as agricultural engineers, construction engineers, HGV engineers, machinery operators or service leavers with an engineering background are encouraged to apply
