An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Horticulturist to join a leading garden maintenance team working across some of London's most prestigious private gardens, courtyards and roof terraces. This role is suited to someone with excellent plant knowledge, a strong eye for detail and the ability to lead by example while maintaining exceptional horticultural standards. You will play a key role in delivering high quality garden maintenance while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver high-quality garden maintenance across multiple sites
  • Maintain prestigious private gardens, courtyards and roof terraces to exceptional standards
  • Supervise, support and mentor junior horticulturists
  • Diagnose plant health issues and implement appropriate treatments
  • Carry out seasonal horticultural tasks including pruning, planting, training and plant care
  • Operate horticultural machinery, tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Ensure gardens are presented to the highest possible standard throughout the year
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional service delivery
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of works
