A leading supplier of seeds, fertilisers and turf care products is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Amenity Technical Sales Manager to grow and service business across Scotland. This field‑based role involves selling through distributors into golf courses, football clubs, councils, grounds departments and other amenity turf professionals. You will be an expert advocate for the product range, providing technical advice and solutions to support turf managers, greenskeepers and grounds staff across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales of seeds, fertilisers and related turf products through distributor partners and direct end users
- Build and maintain strong relationships with golf clubs, sports venues, councils and grounds teams
- Provide expert technical support, product recommendations and agronomic insight
- Identify new opportunities, drive customer engagement and achieve agreed sales targets
- Attend industry trade shows, distributor meetings and turf‑focused events
- Report market insights, competitor activity and customer feedback to the business

The Candidate
- Proven track record in technical sales within seeds, fertilisers, turf or related markets
- Experience selling into amenity turf, golf, sports turf or grounds sectors
- Excellent communication, relationship building and technical advisory skills
- Self‑motivated, target driven and able to work independently across Scotland
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly within the region
The Package
- £50,000 – £60,000 base salary (DOE)
- Up to 20% performance‑related bonus
