The Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise on a variety of rural property matters including estate management, valuations, landlord & tenant, and diversification projects
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on land use, planning, and rural business opportunities
  • Undertake professional work such as valuations (RICS Red Book), compensation claims, and grant applications
  • Support clients with agricultural tenancies, stewardship schemes, and compliance requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service and advice

The Candidate

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Rural Land Management, Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • MRICS/AssocRICS qualified or working towards qualification (support available).
  • Strong understanding of rural property markets, agricultural practices, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • A proactive and professional approach to client work.
