We're working with a respected and growing rural property consultancy seeking an experienced Rural Surveyor to join their team.

This is an opportunity to become a trusted adviser to landowners, farmers, estates, investors and developers, helping them maximise the value and potential of their property assets.

No two days are the same.

One day you could be advising on estate management matters, the next supporting a land sale, carrying out a valuation or working alongside clients on strategic development opportunities.

You'll have the backing of an experienced team whilst enjoying the freedom to manage your own workload and build long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of rural property and land assets
  • Providing estate management and landlord & tenant advice
  • Handling agricultural tenancies, licences and farming agreements
  • Undertaking property inspections and preparing professional reports
  • Conducting rent reviews, lease negotiations and client meetings
  • Supporting the sale, acquisition and marketing of rural property
  • Carrying out valuations and providing strategic property advice
  • Assisting clients with development opportunities and land promotion projects
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying new business opportunities and helping grow the client base

  • Previous experience within rural surveying, estate management or rural property consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of rural property and agricultural issues

  • Enthusiastic, personable and professional in your approach
