An established 800-acre arable and root crop farm is seeking a capable General Farm Worker / Arable Operator to join the team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent weekday hours with significant monthly overtime available during busy periods. You’ll be involved in all aspects of arable production, from cultivation through to harvest, working with modern machinery and equipment.

The Candidate
