As a Recruitment Consultant focusing on account management and new business development, you will be at the forefront of our growth. Your main responsibilities include:
- Cultivating and expanding our client base
- Identifying and securing new business
- Managing existing accounts using our established database since 2012
You will work with market-leading companies within agriculture, farming, and related sectors globally, supported by a dedicated resourcing team.

Job Purpose:
- Fulfill client briefs efficiently and cost-effectively
- Deliver superior service to clients and candidates consistently
- Build, manage, and grow client relationships, adding value to our offerings
- Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities
- Cross-sell proactively and conduct new business development to meet sales goals
- Keep the team updated on market and client developments
- Manage client and candidate expectations effectively
- Work closely with the Resourcing Team to find top candidates
- Conduct regular client reviews and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and produce SLAs for all jobs
Essential Skills Required:
- At least 18 months of proven recruitment sales experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and a professional telephone manner
- Target-driven, enthusiastic, and coachable with a growth mindset
- Highly motivated and ambitious
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary (£27,000 - £32,500) plus a lucrative commission scheme, with potential earnings of £78,000 OTE in the first year. Benefits include a 4-day workweek with full pay, training, pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, performance incentives, bonuses, team events, and clear career progression.
