An opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a successful and growing machinery business. Working as part of a busy aftersales team, you will be responsible for supporting customers, service teams and workshop operations by ensuring the correct parts are identified, sourced, and supplied efficiently. This role would suit someone with strong customer service skills, good organisation and an interest in machinery or engineering.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding parts and aftersales enquiries
  • Identify, source, and supply the correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and internal systems
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain stock levels, receive deliveries, and manage inventory organisation
  • Support workshop and service teams with internal parts requirements
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing a professional and responsive service
  • Complete invoicing, administration, and associated paperwork

The Candidate:

  • Good IT skills and confidence using stock management systems
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities
  • Positive, proactive approach with the willingness to learn and develop
