We are currently seeking 2 Multi Skilled Site Operators to join a busy Anaerobic Digestion (AD) facility in Northampton. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual with experience in plant operations, maintenance and process control. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the production line, meeting performance targets, and maintaining high operational standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the AD plant to ensure optimal performance
- Supervise and control systems via SCADA to maintain production efficiency
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault finding
- Operate machinery including telehandler and loading shovel
