The Job:

Are you an MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor ready to advance your career? You’ll be involved in a wide mix of rural and utility sector work, from managing infrastructure project access and land transactions to delivering expert valuations and rural property consultancy.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing land referencing, access negotiations, and compensation claims
  2. Handling acquisitions, wayleaves, servitudes, and property transactions
  3. Delivering RICS Red Book valuations and strategic land advice
  4. Engaging with clients, landowners, project teams, and advisors
  5. Collaborating across sectors to deliver integrated land solutions

  • Practical farming or forestry experience and understanding of utility land access issues are advantageous
