The Job
Weare recruiting for a Brand Ambassador on behalf of a leading agricultural tyre brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong knowledge of UK agriculture and a genuine passion for farming and machinery. The role is focused on building brand awareness, supporting dealers, delivering demonstrations and developing relationships with farmers, contractors and industry professionals across the UK. Working closely with the sales team, you will become a trusted representative of the brand, providing technical guidance, attending agricultural events, and showcasing the benefits of the product range through farm visits, demonstrations and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the agricultural tyre brand professionally across the UK
- Build strong relationships with farmers, contractors, machinery dealers and agricultural organisations
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and technical training sessions
- Attend agricultural shows, exhibitions, dealer events and on-farm demonstrations
- Provide advice on tyre selection, application, maintenance and best practice
- Support dealers with customer visits, product launches and sales opportunities
- Create engaging content including photographs, videos and customer case studies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to support business growth

The Candidate
- Strong knowledge of UK agriculture with a genuine interest in farming and agricultural machinery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to deliver demonstrations and speak to groups
- Experience within agricultural machinery, tyres, farming, or a related sector would be advantageous
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Strong relationship-building skills with farmers, dealers, contractors and industry contacts
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel extensively and attend occasional weekend events

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
