The successful candidate will provide technical nutrition expertise and support across the supply chain, from supplier to end-user. This includes maintaining knowledge of client rations, supporting product evaluations, managing moist blend formulations, advising on nutritional properties, and responding to customer and supplier enquiries. The role also involves contributing to business development through technical insight, supporting quality assurance and compliance, and representing the business at industry events.

The Candidate

  • Minimum BSc degree in Animal Nutrition or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the ruminant feed industry
  • Practical farm experience and good working knowledge of farming practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present at events and engage with stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to support business development initiatives
  • Strong organisational, planning, and decision‑making skills
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
