Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within animal nutrition, feed or agri‐tech
- Strong technical knowledge of animal nutrition (degree in Animal Science, Agriculture or related subject preferred)
- A successful track record of developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent leadership and people‐management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland
