This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious property business in East Yorkshire, offering genuine career progression and future management potential. We are seeking a driven Sales & Lettings Manager to play a key role in the continued growth and success of the business. This position would suit someone who is commercially minded, customer-focused, and eager to progress into a senior or management role as the business expands.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales and lettings activity while contributing to business development and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing residential sales and lettings from instruction through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, landlords, tenants and buyers
  • Conducting property valuations and viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales and lettings
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth strategies
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the business grows
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
The Candidate
  • Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings (essential)
  • Ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress into a future management role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
